While the recipient was happy with the bouquet, I am quite disappointed. I ordered directly from the florist's website, but found on checkout that I was being charged an extra £4.65 for a service fee for Direct2Florist, whose services I hadn't used at all. On reflection I should have cancelled my order and used another independent florist, which I will do next time. I thought the bouquet was expensive at £50, especially as one of the roses was broken.

The service was brilliant. Being in Australia not easy organising gifts. This was very simple and impressive. They were delivered on time. My friend sent a photo of the flowers. She was very happy. Personally I didn???t think the flowers looked too fresh and not nearly as many in the basket as shown in the photo I chose from.. So it left me feeling a little disappointed.. I will use the service again I am sure and hopefully will be a little more pleased with the outcome next time.

It is always tricky knowing if you have selected a good fllorist when ordering online from overseas. The process was easy and there was a nice selection of arrangements to choose from, and in different sizes. I was also able to leave a message for the florist. The flowers were delivered on time and well received by intended recipient.Easy to do and was quickly followed up with an emailed receipt.<br />Delivery was also confirmed via email

I found the website Direct2florist easy to use and the flowers that were delivered were exactly as in the picture - I've found with other online florists this hasn't always been the case. I selected the Florists Choice bouquet and I'm so glad I did! My friend said they're absolutely amazing and smell unbelievable! I ordered flowers for my Mum in a nursing home as I haven’t been able to see her for months with the lockdown. Even better than expected! In these strange times, it is reassuring to know that floral gifts are as advertised. In my case, the delivered product had even more presence than the advertisement. The only downside to the experience: the delivery confirmation arrived the day after the delivery date. The delivery took place on schedule though :) First time user of this service, and highly unlikely to be the last time. Good show all round, but the delivery confirmation aspect could be better.
